I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel and was amazed by the exceptional cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area, which exceeded my high expectations. the access to the shared kitchen was a great convenience, as I was able to cook breakfast and utilize the provided kitchen utensils. the location was superb, with shops within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. the room, though small, was comfortable and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. the host's flexibility with our check-out time truly impressed me, showcasing their exceptional customer service. Overall, my experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Southampton.
